PlugCart by ThemeOforest provides software under the following terms. By using our site, you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please leave our website immediately.

1. License and DMCA

All digital products on our website are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and are developed by third parties. These products, along with other materials available on the site, are provided for personal use and client project use only under our standard membership plans (1 month, 2 months, 6 months, 1 year, and lifetime).

• Reselling is strictly prohibited under standard plans.
• If you wish to resell our products, you must subscribe to our Reseller Membership Plan.
• Any attempt to resell products using a standard membership plan will result in immediate termination of your account and membership without a refund.

We do not provide commercial license keys or trial keys for GPL products. All GPL products can be used on unlimited websites without license keys. However, our Exclusive Deal Products include official license keys that allow automatic updates.

2. Product Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your purchased products will be available in your account under the “Downloads” section. You will also receive an email with download instructions. Please use a valid email address during registration.

• Membership plans include free downloads and updates for the duration of the plan.

3. Payment & Renewal

General Terms:
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay PlugCart by ThemeOforest the one-time or subscription fees displayed. Payments are not refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal:
We do not charge automatically. Once your membership expires, it will not renew on its own. You may manually resubscribe to continue.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if a digital product is completely unusable and cannot be fixed after our attempt.

• Membership Plans are non-refundable. Once purchased, you gain full access to download products, so refunds are not possible.
• Refunds are not available for mistaken orders, change of mind, or failure to read product details before purchase.

5. Support Policy

We provide basic technical support such as installation guidance and troubleshooting. We do not provide customization or freelance services. If you need advanced setup or custom work, please hire a freelancer.

6. Privacy Policy

Any customer information is used only for transactions, delivery, updates, and customer service. By registering, you consent to receive email notifications. You can opt out anytime by contacting us, and we will remove your email within 24 hours.

7. Guarantees

We guarantee that all products are free from malware, viruses, and ads. However:

• We do not guarantee that products will work exactly as you expect.
• New updates may behave differently compared to older versions.
• All products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages caused by their use.

8. Terms & Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website means you accept any changes.
